Matthew Raidbard is a former men's college basketball coach and senior level college athletics administrator. He has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, and recently published a book called, "Lead Like A Pro: Effective Leadership Styles For Athletic Coaches." The book is based on his research and experiences as a coach, and even though it was written through a sports lens. It is a great resource for leaders in all professions, as it is important for leaders to gain different perspectives on leadership. He talks about his personal leadership journey, leadership practice, and what professionals outside of athletics can learn from sports coaches’ leadership practice.
