Alex Wenzel is the Principal of the Denver Center for International Studies at Fairmont in the Denver Public Schools.  Alex leads bold transformations of the underlying structures and motivations in educational institutions; toward inclusivity, cooperation, and improved quality of life for all.

Craig Randall is driven to transform the world of teacher evaluation and observation through Trust-based Observations. When leaders build trust with their teachers such that they feel safe, then those teachers will embrace the vulnerability necessary to take big risks risks in their practice, the result is teaching and learning growth.   The humanistic approach to improvement is essential in learning and teaching.  We have lost it in the hunt for data. We discuss the teacher observation systems and how to make it more trusting.

With current methods of teacher evaluations not improving teaching and learning it's time for a change.
