With 25+ years of leadership experience in Business, Organizational, and Program Development Nate has a specialized niche in connecting economic development together with education to support the growth and sustainability of the regional workforce.
Nate developed the Career Adventure Academy to be the cornerstone career mapping program for students and aspiring professionals facing quarter-life crises. He also co-leads an innovative high school education program that develops students through profession-based learning, called CAPS (Center for Advanced Professional Studies) in Cedar Falls, Iowa and the Cedar Valley Region of Iowa.
Nate is an experienced CEcD, and also a professional announcer supporting businesses through voice-over and telephone service, public-address announcing for Iowa High School Championships, and local and collegiate sports through play-by-play announcing on the J-Hawk Sports Network and ESPN3 for the Missouri Valley Conference.
