However, with our recruiter experience, we have come to know that is not always the case. Recruiters spend an average of 5 SECONDS scanning a resume! Nowadays, organizations have automated resume screening systems that filter out resumes, which means your resume might not even make it to the recruiter! Everyone has to start at the bottom and the struggle to find a job is real! We will talk about in which career's paths education is more important in vs experience in others. You might be wondering, well, how do you get experience without education. Whether you are in school or just got out of school and are on the job hunt, we will discuss some steps you can take to network and get experience!
