For most individuals, gratitude is saying "thank you" to someone upon receipt of something, or saying "thank you" for the big things in our life. However, Gratitude isn't just about the big things; most people do not express gratitude for all the small things in our daily life. Most people also only express Gratitude to others and forget, the most important person to express gratitude to is YOU! Gratitude is about all the little things you have had in the past, have in the present, and want to have in the future. We will review the various methods of expressing gratitude such a journaling, talking to the god or the universe, and expressing gratitude to yourself and others around you. We will discuss what methods we do individually to express gratitude and how it's helped us! Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. Stay tuned and start being thankful today!
