Welcome to Episode #47 of Level Up with Raman and Alysha. We have all had one at one job or another - a horrible boss! And if you haven't yet, we hope you never get one! The #1 reason people leave their job is because of their manager. A good vs bad manager can dictate whether you will like your job and want to stay with a company. As we grow in our careers, we want a manager who can also be a coach or mentor figure that we can learn from...a manager that wants to see you win! However, sometimes you get stuck with the micromanaging, stressful, horrible boss....which makes coming into work each day harder! We will share some personal experiences of ours with horrible bosses as well as give some advice to all managers out there! We will talk about what makes a person a good manager and the importance of giving employee's a sense of autonomy, ownership, and freedom.
