Women get judged in many ways when it comes to our age - we get judged if we're not married by a certain age, don't have children by a certain age, if we date someone younger or older than us, by our career choices and much more! Society believes we should do certain things by a certain age and "act your age", but who made up these rules? We'll discuss what factors play into what age you actually act such as our family, surroundings, maturity level and commitment to keep up with modern times. In addition, people face a lot of ageism when it comes to looking for a job or hiring a younger or older applicant. We'll discuss some stigma's adults face in the workforce. Some believe you must act your age, and other's believe that you can act any way you want at any age. Which one is true? Listen and find out!
