We are seeing that a lot of upper management in most organizations are males and Caucasian. In today's time, organizations are legally required to have diversity that includes women, people with disabilities, aboriginals, and visible minorities. Now having to abide by these laws, one questions if you are hired or not hired because of your race. We will talk about organizations we've both worked at that were very diverse vs other's that had no diversity, and how both were so different. We'll talk about the importance of diversity in a workplace and how it benefits a company to grow. Stay tuned as we talk about moving forward!
