Most employee's in today's age want promotions, career growth, higher pay vs staying in the same role for several years. However, there are still those who get comfortable in the same company that doesn't provide growth. We will discuss the different reasons people get too comfortable in their jobs - from job security, work flexibility, your "work besties", fear of starting new again, and more! We will also discuss why it's important to get uncomfortable if you want to grow in your career! And if you want to grow, you need to seek it as an employee vs thinking it will just get handed to you.
