Welcome to Episode #42 of Level Up with Raman and Alysha. On today's episode, we'll be talking about Tracking Your Progress! We have talked about setting goals before, and although step 1 is to set goals and write them down, it is equally important to track your goals and progress. Our whole life, our grades and progress is tracked throughout school, but it's time to use it in all aspects of our life to better ourselves. From tracking apps to checklists, we will talk about how we personally track our progress and how you can start. And more importantly, we'll discuss why tracking your progress is key to improving yourself as a person. Bottom line is, if you want to improve, you need to track your progress! We will also talk about how tracking your progress not only helps you improve, but can also help you evaluate your decisions and allows room for changes. There is no such thing as "too small" to track, from water to work-outs, and from work to personal goals, anything can be tracked! to Stay Tuned and get motivated!
