In our everyday busy, on-the-go lives, it can become hard to stop and evaluate when things become out of place in our minds...to recognize that we may need help. Mental health is so important and there is not enough awareness on this topic in our communities and schools. Most people will ignore the signs and continue to suffer the pain, stress, and depression on their owns with the fear to speak up and talk to someone. We will discuss when and how you can seek help from your family, friends, or external methods. We will discuss understanding stress, it's impacts, and how to approach this in your everyday life. We have gone through it ourselves and we are here to remind you that you are not alone! It is all about you and your mental health and no one else!
