On today's show I share my 5 best tips for checking in with ourselves.



My 5 best tips for taking a personal inventory

  1. Search out feelings that need our attention
  2. Look fearlessly without disclaimers at what we are doing right with a loving and positive eye
  3. Look lovingly at a "bad moment" and find one thing you did right
  4. When an issue or problem comes up - identify it, openly discuss it with that person (if they are safe or with someone who is safe - like a coach) and then be willing to let go of it
  5. Work at letting go of guilt and shame and any needs we have to stay immersed in negativity- this is how we take care of ourselves, improve our self esteem and move away from old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
