When I feel stuck, I find myself asking why. I know enough to know, that when there's unrest in my body or I feel unsettled, I have to settle in and find out why. I also know that it usually means I am growing, or something is coming for me. I'm curious to know what you do when you feel stuck? Need help, try an idea lab session with me.
