An absurd dream, u might say.
When I was assigned that huge project to
Enumerate 44 lakh women in
Rajasthan, in 2 months,
I too thought so.
ABSURD.
In essence, it was just 10 women
Per day.
With 2500 personal at my disposal.
I had 12,000 out of which
I could choose 2500 easily.
And
That was my OPPORTUNITY.
At every cross road,
With every ambiguity,
There is a hidden opportunity
To convert it into a BLESSING!!
Provided you see the opportunity.
There is a ceratin DISCIPLINE
Required, to have the eye to see the
UNSEEN.
In less than 3 years time,
I was asked to turn a
Food scarce pocket into a
Food sufficient pocket.
If 70 years has taken the country to
Fight this problem,
So the challenge made me little apprehensive.
And in between I went to Canada
On a study tour.
Where I met people with great planning
Who showed me
Any dream is possible with
80 % planning.
So the latest task was done in 4 years time.
I searched my opportunities too,
Along with a robust planning
BLUE PRINT.
Vision!,
Seeing the unseen.
To Achieve an Absurd and impossible looking dream.
I have started with this one
Of 35 Crore houses ..4 years back..
May be it will take another 4 years..
Quite fast even then.
I am there for sure
A milestone!
Not for me, but for the Economically weaker section.
Something will stay long after I am gone
Housing is income enabler..
