When I see anger, I know that the relevant experience is less than 6 years, even
though the person might be boasting about 10+ years of experience. If one hasn't
learnt to respect the profession in the first 6 years of the career,
there is no leadership position can be available for him; I mean,
there will be somebody else who will be favored, who is less experience but better in attitude.
.. The point is, We as coaches may choose to treat the person as a fresher and
heal him during mentoring, so that he gets to the maturity level he should.. Get responsibility there,
