We talked about: ‘I feel numb, how can I write about my feelings?’  

‘Is there any specific writing I can do to heal?’  

‘How can I write about my feelings when it hurts too much?’  

A great way to begin is to be part of a community. We do weekly prompts where our sisters share their answers. This weeks prompt is: ‘things that bring me joy’
