Today I’m talking with Simon Mooney, who writes the blog, “One Hundred Lifetimes.” We talk about Simon’s first travel adventure to the region that has been the first travel adventure to so many – South East Asia. We talk about why it’s a great place to get your first travel experience, how to get off the beaten track to see the local life, and what you should plan to get your most out of your time there.
I’ve done part of Simon’s journey myself, so this conversation brought back lovely memories of wandering through the ancient streets of Hanoi or sailing slowly up the Mekong. It also made me want to go back as – of course – there was so much I missed! Listen in and see what you think.
