Matthew Burke talks with Matthew Jackson, Principal of Saint Peter’s International College in France. They discuss what it takes to start a school from scratch and all the challenges and opportunities that such an undertaking presents. From ensuring works are completed on the physical aspects of the school buildings, to focussing on the School's academic structure and employing the right staff into the right roles. They also talk about the importance of seeking out and receiving support, as well as the strength that can be gained from the strong sense of community that exists amongst school leaders.
