In this episode, I’m walking through MissionWay’s new mission statement: “Equipping one another to reach the lost, strengthen the weak, and encourage the faithful with the Gospel.” We’ll talk about why a mission statement matters, what it says about who we are as a church, and how each of us plays a part in living it out. My hope is that this conversation stirs you to take ownership of the mission and see how the Gospel fuels everything we do together.
