Natalie Prospere is the co-founder of Outlihers alongside Paris Hines and the creator of Friends Only. Friends Only is a multi-hyphenated company that represents artists, songwriters, producers, and engineers; including Grammy-winning producers D’Mile and Camper, multi-platinum songwriter Varren Wade, and 4 time Grammy-nominated singer Lucky Daye. Her roster also includes her brothers; Grammy winning songwriter and emerging Reggae artist MediSun and producer/engineer Mitymaose, who has landed numerous placements in TV and Film.
Prospere has also achieved numerous prestigious distinctions with her clients, including 18 Grammy nominations in the 2020 awards.
A native of Boston, MA, Prospere grew up in a musical household with a Father who was a calypso singer where she became immersed in the local Caribbean Gospel community. Watching her Father in the studio with various artists sparked the inspiration that drove her to eventually work full-time in the business.
Before launching her career in the music industry, Prospere’s former role as a social worker provided formative experiences that have become integral to her management style. Her approach focuses on advocating for clients in a positive, progressive, and holistic manner.
Prospere is a proud Jamaican-Montserratian-American and alumna of Bloomfield College in New Jersey where she graduated with a degree in Sociology. Her goal is to continue to work alongside artists who share her passion and belief that music can help heal the world.
