You'll never be a better human being without realizing you need to eliminate bad habits or substitute them for better habits. I've explained some things I want to implement in my life. Making it an early "New Year's Resolution Checklist" it isn't something I'm gonna say I am going to do but put in the actions to make these changes. This episode was a random/informational little lecture that expressed a chance for someone to hear whatever dream they have but don't know how to start needs patience to achieve the final goal.
