Kristen Vogt is a heart centred, self-care advocate, certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with Ascendant Fitness. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, lover of personal development, going deep and finding what motivates you to live your healthiest life. Kristen believes we are all connected and one in the same. We are all mirrors to each others pain and happiness. Teachers to each other. She loves being able to bring all that she is to her interactions with her clients. With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry she has learned clients want more than a thin body.
