Description

In 2019 Samuel Little was declared the most prolific serial killer in U.S. History, having confessed to 93 murders, FBI and Texas Rangers are still actively working to identify these victims. Despite committing a slew of other crimes, that led to him being arrested over 100 times, he was still able to evade capture. The question is how. How did all these victims go unnoticed?
