Description

The Chicago Metropolitan area was shaken up in the fall of 1982. In just a few short days, seven people died of cyanide poisoning after taking what they believed to be regular-old Tylenol. Panic struck the entire state of Illinois, and changed the way we get over the counter drugs forever.
