In this episode I share with you how I had to take time off my work these past couple of weeks to refocus and recharge..
I share with you some feelings I have been experiencing and instead of pushing myself to do something that didn't feel right I decided to take a step back and get refocus on my work and also recharge my body..
If you have been feeling overwhelmed or maybe a bit lost in the direction you should be taking in your life, I share some tips with you to help you get back in track and I also want you to know that you are not alone.
