In this talk we feature Nicolas André and Nyya Toussaint about their project to develop a Haitian Creole class for English speakers as part of a fellowship at FIU.
They discussed publishing the course on Duolingo, the learning platform itself, the experience of learning Haitian Creole, and the role of AI in their work.
