In this lesson we discussed: Leadership Skills - how to lead the team
We talked about the Law of the LID - How you don't lead a team - What are the skills of a leader? What we discussed was how we want to be lead by someone who thinks they are a greater leader than you. Staying in control, not talking to much, relax and try to not avoid loosing control.
