In this episode, Randall & Jenae have a "Grown-ish" intervention. They both agree that "Demons" was trash (Jenae calls it slaw) and analyzes how the show can get better as it inches closer to ending. Randall also previews the episode synopsis for episodes 4-8, which he feels could return "Grown-ish" back to it's Season 2 form.
