Too often we relegate our faith and spirituality to something we do with our minds, as something we think about. Yet, at the root of it all, Christianity is a thoroughly embodied faith. We believe in the incarnation - Christ came in a body. And our sacred texts tell us that our bodies are integral to our worship. How can we move towards a more holistic spirituality?
*About this Series*
In a world that seems so upside down these days, it can be hard to find any semblance of meaning or groundedness. Our lives have become so fragmented that we forget whose love we are rooted in. We struggle to connect our ordinary daily lives with the sacredness of it all. In this worship series, we discover that there are no parts of our lives that are secular, that are untouched by and disconnected from the real sacred work of worship and prayer. Every day is a Sacred Ordinary Day.
