In our inaugural episode we're joined by Bill Knapp, Executive Director of GRCC's Distance Learning and Instructional Technologies department. One year on, Bill shares his reflections on the pivot to remote instruction as a result of COVID-19. Supporting and guiding faculty through the transition and transitioning DLIT's own services to remote delivery both raised their own challenges and opportunities. Bill also shares what he sees coming next for DLIT and GRCC after we all return to campus.
