I have been travelling about in my car recently and listening to the radio hoping to hear a
decent record....but all we get is meaningless songs with repetitive lyrics with a mess in
the background consisting of someone building a shed.....let me hear DRUMS giving us
a solid beat we can tap or feet to!!!......however through the despair I was just about to
switch off when on comes the latest single by Michael Ball....I'm not a fan of his but the
record was the best song and production I have heard for years...I think it was called "It
will always be you" and is brilliant.....so there is hope.....could this be the start of good
music making a comeback?
And speaking of great songs this is one I wrote back in the day for comedian Tom
Pepper.....it is purely none P.C. but did very well at the time.....it describes how lucky
women are to have us.....a chap in America has put a lot of my stuff on line so I have
created an album of similar material of mine and called it "No Taste Required" and can
be found on Amazon and Spotify etc....definitely not for the faint hearted or easily
