So, we all have our favorites and I'm not gonna go into them here, but we all know which app we like better. Maybe it's your personal app, maybe it's realtors, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, whoever it is. Tell your sphere what to use, promote the app that you like to have used when you're showing people homes, and also talk why you think that one is better. So, we all have our...I'm not gonna go there. I'm so not gonna go there. But promote the one that you want out there. And if it's your company's app, great. If it's your personal app, great. Share it, get it out there. I really don't like it when somebody shows up and they're looking at houses and they're using an app that I'm like, "Yeah. Don't use that one."
So, anyway, tell people, educate them, show them what you want, share it on your social media, get them used to taking advice from you. All these tips, some of them may not apply day per day. Like I don't care about pools, or I don't care about this, but over time people will learn that you are the person to come to for real estate questions. Take care. Bob McCranie.
