Hello, everybody. Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty. And I have a unique assignment for your Realty Idea of the Day today. Go out and find the longest listing in your market. Go out and find the listing that's been on the market 400, 500 days. Let's talk about it. Let's showcase why it's still there. Maybe there's a reason. And if it's not your listing and you don't necessarily want to highlight somebody else, maybe you can talk in generalities. Maybe you could say, "You know what, I know this listing has been on the market 500 days and here's why." You may not want to mention the address of the realtor. Obviously, you don't want to talk bad about anybody else. But we can talk about why this home in this market is not moving. Is it overpriced? Is it needing major repair? Is it burnt out? What's going on? So, talk about the home that time forgot, that's still on the market, that somebody needs to come swoop down and get. Maybe you can get the buyer. Blog about this
