You need to guard your skin against the sun. The sun's radiation is damaging to skin. And let's talk about that. Let's talk about people's...your skin regimen. Let's talk about how you're doing yourself to protect yourself against the sun. I personally have...since I'm very fair complected, I will burn instantly. I have SPF shirts, they're shirts that are made with certain fiber and they're SPF 50 shirts. So they're long sleeve, they go up to the neck. If I'm gonna be out at the pool or something like that. I'm wearing one of those with some face cream on. Let's talk about protecting ourselves and I don't care what part of the country you're in, you're going to need SPF.
