Everyone is Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty and your Realty idea of the day is one that I did a couple of days ago and it seems to be really paying off in a lot of directions. So what I did was I made a post that says "I'm testing the Facebook algorithm comment if you can see this post". It's gone crazy. So in Facebook world you have your to 3,000 people that you're friends with but Facebook only shows you probably about 30 or 40 of them that you enter interact with on a frequent basis. This post lets you churn that list of other people up so they start logging in and seeing your posts. When they comment, you reply back to them so you don't want to just LIKE what they say, you want to REPLY to what they saying. That creates that connection that we've talked about before this way when you post about your open house you new listing they will see that post as well.
