I want women to learn the concepts but more than that I want them to learn how to think with a self-defense mindset.
If they can develop awareness in their daily lives they are more likely to be able to come up with ideas and strategies on their own.
So that they can learn to think "What CAN I do" and not focus on what they cannot do in a situation.
