Kim and andrea recap Great British Bake Off Series 3 Episode 9, which features a petit-fours signature, a fraisier cake technical challenge, and a choux gateau showstopper. James puts a whole new spin on the Paris–Brest, and Brendan creates the tastiest swans ever to flap into the tent. andrea gets their first caramel burns of the series, but it’s for a very good cause.
