15 year old Michael Palmer was spending one of the first nights of summer vacation hanging out with a few friends.
The night would end tragically however, when, after a graduation party Michael would disappear into the shadows, never to be seen again.
A little over a decade later and Michael's older brother Charles Jr. "Chucky" Palmer would also go missing.
