This week is a chat with the very laid back owner of North West Mauy Thai, Jarrod Goyen. Jarrod had his first full thai rules fight over in Thailand earlier in the year and he returns for his second fight next month. His approach to training and his mindset towards the whole journey is really positive and refreshing.
