Current level of practice: Applying
Uses professional learning opportunities to increase knowledge of research-based frameworks and strategies related to learning variability and planning for groups of students with similar needs. Seeks to increase own abilities to support beginning teacher to recognize that planning for the variable learning needs of students in to be expected.
