The Mind Grind Podcast takes you into a psycho-educational experience, understanding what Mindfulness is, Meditation, the benefits, our resistance to it, and what happens when people take on a Mindfulness practice. Dana and Beth both share their stories of how it helped with mind/body connection, depersonalized the stories of the mind, and connected them to compassion. They both now offer Mindfulness practices in their therapy techniques with clients.
