Hello Mind Grind Podcast Fam!

As we come to a close of a more social summer, Dana and Beth have learned a few things about our mental health social needs and the balance with paying attention to the pandemic. There's a reality that we all need breaks, whether short breaks from our computers, a long weekend, or maybe a change of scenery over an extended period of time. There's also the planned breaks: the weddings, birthdays, girls/guys trips, family traditions, etc... that take us away. With all of this being the case, we thought it was time to talk about traveling as a mental health function and how to do this a bit more mindfully.

In this episode, prepare to learn more about how two therapists think about travel and how to consider different kinds of travel benefits, what kind of traveler you are, and how to get your needs met while taking time away.
