Dayton talks about being a student athlete at George Mason. Then while working on his masters, spending 2 summers at coaching the Winchester Royals of the Valley League, summer of 92 and 93. Then getting a job with the Atlanta Braves scouting department in 94 and working with them until the beginning of the season in 2006. In the summer of 2006 being named the GM of the KC Royals. Winning 2 AL Pennants and in 2015 winning the World Series.
