In this episode, we caught up with Teresa, the VP for Membership of PWI where she gave us practical tips on finding your mentors and exploring possibilities while in these challenging times.
Teresa is a learning and development professional with experience in a variety of corporate education roles including: IT, Commercial, Communications, and HR positions. She has seen the business world from several perspectives. Her last corporate management role was Head of Learning and Development for MasterCard Europe.
Teresa founded Transforming Talent in 2009 to help people identify their talents and transform them into their definition of success. She facilitates leadership development programs, delivers customized team workshops, and coaches leaders at all levels. As lasting change starts from within, Teresa is driven to partner with people who are ready to begin with self-awareness and harness their strengths to achieve their goals.
