This teaching is about keeping YHWH'S Sabbath! Most Torah observant Ministries emphasize the importance of keeping the Sabbath set apart and that is because it has been revealed through the scriptures just how important keeping the Sabbath is. We must be willing to keep the Sabbath set apart and we must be willing to obey all the Commandments. We must be bold and step out in faith in obeying the Commandments. Like Peter did when he stepped out of the boat and walk on water. The key to obeying the Commandments is your willingness to live according to the scriptures. If you are willing and obedient the scripture says. So we must not only be willing but also obedient but willingness is where it all starts when you see something in the scriptures.
