This teaching is about YHWH'S commandments on giving. We must realize that YHWH commanded us to give and when we give to assemblies or people we are not giving to man but to YHWH! Giving and obeying YHWH'S commandments are at least in part the answer if you have needs. We need to be a cheerful joyous faithful giver. Giving is as much of YHWH'S commandments as the Sabbath is or as not having any idols etc. We Torah observant believers must obey YHWH'S commandments on Giving as well as all his commandments.
