Description

In today's episode, I'm sharing one tool that I use daily to remind myself to be present and not freak out about the future and all the things I want, but are not here yet. 

When we become overwhelmed by all our goals, and start to stress out when things are not going according to our plan, we tend to hold on so tightly that we become paralyzed by fear. But when we practice letting go of our timing, we are able to allow more positive energy to flow towards us, which then allows us to achieve what we want with less effort.
