Today's episode is an upping your health & happiness game challenge. On average, we sit for 8 hours a day and that doesn’t include sleeping. That is a lot of sitting, a lot of inactivity and stiffness. It has been proven that exercise not only improves your mood, but also boosts your self-esteem.
If you want to feel healthy, happy, sexy, energized, confident, or desirable, moving your body is an amazing way to enhance those feelings. Even if you are not at your ideal weight, you will immediately feel the benefits. No matter what you do, if you move more than you sit, you will make healthier food choices, you will sleep better, you will decrease your stress, boost your immunity, and you will literally be happier because exercise releases happy endorphins into your brain. Talk about self-love!
