Elizabeth Perkins is the Coordinator of Program
Services with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation. Elizabeth has held various positions during her 20 years at VR, serving as a counselor, director, and manager. In her current role, she leads a program unit consisting of the following teams: youth services, community rehabilitation services, mental health services, rehabilitation technology, business services, and Veterans education and training. She’s passionate about the power of partnerships and works closely with WIOA and workforce partners across the state to collaboratively serve participants. She holds a Master’s degree in counseling
and is a licensed professional counselor and national board-certified counselor. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Missouri.
