Ohhhhhh we have a goodie tonight ladies and gentlemen! We’re back at it and bringing you the latest edition of ‘Are We Live?’ .. . Tonight we have a very special guests hailing from Queens, NY! This outstanding hooper played his high school basketball at Benjamin Cardozo High School for the legendary coach Ron Naclerio! While there he helped lead his team to the PSAL championship game his junior year to face off against the Lincoln Railsplitters in Madison Square Garden! Suffering a tough loss, he bounced back the next season and as a senior was named to the All-Queens team by the New York Daily News! Continuing to follow his passion for the game he went on to walk on at DePaul University where he played under the great Jerry Wainwright! Suffering a tough knee injury, this hooper had to pivot and start pursuing the second phase of his basketball career! After graduating in 2009, he went on to Co-found High Rise Basketball which is a player development program that conducts camps, clinics, and training programs! Aside from being a player development coach, this basketball lifer has been on the sidelines coaching some of the best ball players in the world! He was a Special Assistant at Manhattan College , Head Boys Varsity Coach at St. Luke’s School in Connecticut, Team and Recruit Analyst for Indiana University, and currently Assistant Coach at Northern Illinois University.
